Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as sales or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic (United Kingdom)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

 

International

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, or adverse weather conditions.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking number within the estimated processing time, please contact our support team at 21stcenturysultan@gmail.com.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship to UK, EU countries (few exceptions), Canada and Australia

  • Some items may be restricted due to local import regulations.

  • Orders shipped to the European Union with a value over €150 may incur customs fees upon arrival, which must be paid by the customer before delivery.These charges  are the responsibility of the recipient.as well as customs delays. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

  • With import charges, customs fees, and any other extra costs associated with international shipping, the customer is fully responsible for payment. We will send a reminder email if applicable to ensure you are aware during the process of delivery to ensure no delays

Pre-Order Information

Pre-Order Timeline: If our products are available exclusively through pre-order, please allow 4-6 weeks for your item to be crafted and prepared for shipment after placing your order. This extended timeline ensures that each product meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Once the products are in our hands, we will ship to you as soon as possible. Shipping Time

  • Domestic Shipping (Within the United Kingdom): After your order has been processed and is ready for shipping, it will be sent via a standard shipping method. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
  • International Shipping (Only available for US, CAN, and AUS customers): After your order has been processed and ready for shipping after 4-6 weeks since your order, it can be sent via Standard or Express Shipping. This ranges between 6-14 days depending on which shipping method you choose and also your location

Lost or Damaged Packages
