Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, either you   will have to cover the costs of the return label or we will create a shipping label for you  if the mistake is on our side. We will send you  instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through our email will not be accepted.

In the rare case that your order is damaged, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST VIA OUR EMAIL ( support@21stcenturysultan.com). 

Provide clear photos of the item(s) and packaging as evidence. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund (not including shipping costs) as appropriate.

We may require you to return your order for further examination, in which case we will cover the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
 Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns & Exchanges:
If you  would like an exchange for any reason, please contact us at support@21stcenturysultan.com

within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess if an exchange is possible based on available stock.

  • If an exchange is not available, we will accept a refund request on the condition that the original item is returned to us in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs for sizing-related exchanges or refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not offer refunds for items returned without prior approval.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
 Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. If your package appears to be lost in transit or was marked as delivered but is missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. While we are unable to offer refunds for such cases, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and may offer a store credit or discount as a courtesy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will not accept any refunds/returns whilst your order is in transit. Please, wait for your package to be delivered and if you    want to return/refund contact us via our email address immediately at support@21stcenturysultan.com
